    Your security is our priority. You may purchase with confidence knowing that electronic products from Hak5.org are guaranteed new. Hak5 gear is never refurbished or resold, ensuring product integrity.

     

    How do I return?

    • Complete the form above and click Start
    • Follow the instructions and select the items to return
    • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines if the return request is approved

     

    What items are returnable?

    You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

    • They must be unused, unopened in the original packaging
    • Electronic items are only returnable for destruction and disposal
    • Merch and items marked final sale are not returnable

    Gifts, e-books, software and promotional items are not returnable.

    Are there any charges for return?

    • Returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
    • Insure your returns shipping as lost items cannot be refunded

     

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

     

    Can I return electronics?

    • Due to the sensitive nature of information security equipment, electronic products returned to Hak5 are destroyed and disposed of in accordance with our data integrity policy
    • Electronics returned to Hak5 are not eligible for a refund
    • An e-waste destruction and disposal fee may be assessed for each returned electronic item
