When you order with us

1. You will immediately receive a confirmation email including order number from shop@hak5.org.
2. Soon after ordering, a shipping label will be created and you will receive an email with a tracking link to review the shipping progress.
3. Handling time is generally 1-3 business day, during which time the tracking information will indicate that the shipping label has been created.
4. Once your order ships, the tracking information will update.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our information security products, only returns for unopened, unused and unmarked goods may be accepted from 30 days of date of receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A 30% destruction and recycling fee may apply.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by service level and carrier selected at checkout. All sales are on an CPT basis subject to the rules of ICC Intercoms® 2010 CPT. Tracking is included with all orders. Tracking information will be sent by email when your order is ready to ship and will update when the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Orders to countries outside the US may require duty payments unless a duties pre-paid shipping service is selected.

Limited Warranty

If your device is damaged through no fault of your own, such as receiving a device dead on arrival, the Hak5 limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship of new Hak5 products for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase.
